He worked with our schedules, got us same day viewings, and made the whole process so simple. This guy really goes above and beyond, in today's market Clay has what it takes. Clay Martin was a tremendous help to us when we moved to Colorado Springs in 2019. The first meeting with him before relocating was very informative, as he showcased the various distinct areas of the Springs and what it had to offered. In one quick drive around the city, we were provided a great overview. This was extremely helpful, as we did not know much about the city. From keeping in contact over the following months as we sold our old house in other state and slowly completed the move, to discovering what kind of houses we were interested in, to discussing bourbon preferences, Clay was always a pleasure to work with. Shopping for a new house can be stressful and daunting, but Clay made it a fun and exciting experience with his positive attitude and quick responses.
